PACE Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the iOS app "PACE" (the "App") provided by 株式会社図解総研 (display name: Zukai Research Institute) ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the relationship between users and us regarding use of the App.
You are deemed to have agreed to these Terms when you accept them on the consent screen shown at first launch after installing the App.
We may ask you to re-consent when the App is updated, or when the version of these Terms and/or the Privacy Policy is updated.
2. Required Environment
Use of the App requires a supported OS/device and distribution environment via the App Store. Communication charges are borne by the user.
3. Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the App:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that interfere with operation of the App
- Reverse engineering or other actions that infringe intellectual property rights
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the App and associated content belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App is free from defects in fact or law. Users use the App at their own risk. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
For external websites opened from the App (including the App Store and our website), and third-party services used through CSV export or sharing, each provider is responsible for content, availability, and data handling. We are not responsible for those services.
6. Changes or Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page. If a change has a material impact on users, we will provide notice in the App or on our website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
