PACE Privacy Policy
株式会社図解総研 (display name: Zukai Research Institute) ("we", "our", or "us") sets out below how user information is handled in the iOS app "PACE" (the "App").
1. Information We Handle
The App does not require account registration. The following information is handled on your device:
- Input data such as goal title, count, date, and unit
- Achievement history (date/time and notes)
- In-app settings values
- Information referenced for initial language selection (App Store storefront country code and device region information)
2. Where Data Is Stored
The above data is stored on your device. At this time, there is no mechanism to send and store this data on our servers.
3. Purpose of Use
We use this information to provide goal tracking features, initial language selection, usability/display improvements, and CSV export functionality.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide user information to third parties except where required by law.
However, if you export CSV data and share it to other apps or cloud services, that shared data is handled under the terms/policies of those destination providers. Those services are outside our control.
5. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), provided by Google LLC, to improve features and quality.
The following information may be collected:
- Screen navigation and views (which screens were opened)
- In-app events (adding/deleting records, creating/editing goals, etc.)
- Device type, OS version, and language settings
All collected data is anonymous. No personally identifiable information (such as names, contact details, or content you enter) is collected. Data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
You can disable analytics collection at any time in the app's Settings (Settings > Share anonymous usage analytics).

On our website (https://pace.zukai.co/), we also use Google Analytics 4 to analyze access trends and improve the site. Access data may be collected via cookies, and IP anonymization (anonymize_ip) is enabled.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your data from the in-app settings. This action cannot be undone. Data included in OS-level backups (for example, iCloud backups) is managed based on your device settings and the OS provider's specifications, and cannot be deleted directly by us.
In-app deletion applies to App data stored on your device. Exported CSV files, data already shared, and copies stored in destination services are not included in this deletion scope.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as needed. Revised content becomes effective when posted on this page. If a change has a material impact on users, we will provide notice in the App or on our website.
